In this episode, I sit down with Corinne Andrews, co-owner/director of Yoga Center Amherst and Shraddha Yoga, developer of the Birthing Mama Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga & Wellness Teacher Training and author of the new book "Birthing Mama."
