Through a series of sessions, you will learn to find harmony of mind, body, and soul. Practices such as yoga, qigong, tai chi, meditation, and chanting have been used to achieve enlightenment, mindful living, and health for many generations. These practices are so much more than external poses and movements. They can be an integral part of your healing process. In these sessions, you will learn techniques to help soothe the soul that you can practice from the comfort of your home. Mitch Hall (PhD) is a Holistic Wellness Educator who draws upon his decades of experience with yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, contemporary somatic modalities, and meditation to create a thorough and authentic experience that best suits the needs of his clients. He also offers many other therapeutic services, but believes Mindful Holistic Heart-Centered Practice is super- beneficial for drawing out the answers you need from within. With his guidance, you can hold the key to your own happiness.
