In his 1 on 1 sessions, you will move, learn, and grow at your own pace with his expertise to guide you. Together, you will cultivate a powerful energy, learn to channel your breath and move, not only as exercise for the body but for the mind and soul as well. These sessions can be as customizable as you’d like, giving you the space to focus on a particular blockage both physically and mentally. His deep understanding of movement and meditation will ensure a safe and effective practice.
