Soul Power Circles

Soul Power Circles bring the light of awareness and knowledge to modern spiritual seekers searching for ways to bridge the gap between spiritual teachings and spiritual practices so that you can embody your own radiant soul power.

In the ever-popular "wellness wave," many yogic and spiritual practices are becoming commonplace, but carrying them throughout the day. Integrating and applying these practices in daily life situations can also be very challenging.

Soul Power Circles serve as a bridge to help you more deeply align your spiritual values with your daily thoughts, speech and actions so you can lead a life of inner peace, even amidst outer obstacles.

"Sattva" is the yogic quality of clarity, harmony and balance. "Surya" means "Sun." The Sun is the source of health, wealth, courage, creativity, knowledge and spiritual power.

Soul Power Circles are an invitation to embrace the power of spiritual practice to awaken to the light that lives within you.

About the Program

Soul Power Circles are offered to the online community via Zoom, and will be co-hosted by wellness brands for beautiful in-person experiences starting in 2021. Each Circle begins with a brief teaching of a spiritual wellness practice and then gives participants the opportunity to ask questions, share insights and reflections about their experience with the topic and thereby tap into the wisdom of the collective.

Becoming a brand host is a wonderful way to welcome wellness seeking individuals to your space in-person or online. Our team works with mission-aligned companies and organizations to disseminate curated educational content promoting ancient spiritual and wellness practices to your community.

Whenever possible, in-person Soul Power Circles will also offer delicious seasonal Ayurvedic meals to participants and hands-on wellness experiences with products we believe in. Led by our core team of instructors, Soul Power Circles will also feature various invited guest teachers and master healers from diverse ancient wisdom traditions.
